Getting Started

Start
Contactless punching will be facilitated but it is a Punching Start. 14 allocated start slots per 15 minute start block between 10:00 and 12:00. Separate start slots for the Yellow course.

Finish and Changeover control
As you approach the finish there are two controls. The one on your Right numbered 99 should be punched if you decide to run the extension. When you finish the extension, or if you are not doing the extension, punch the one on the Left marked Finish to end your run. Both controls are close to the lone tree marked on the map but for map clarity, changeover control 99 which becomes the triangle for the start of the extension has been moved a little bit away from the tree. The Finish will be manned to assist you in punching the correct control.

Results
Results will not be on display at the event but you can access them on the DFOK website after the event www.dfok.co.uk. We hope to be able to show live results using your mobile phone.

Other activities in the park
The park will be busy, not just because of the hot weather forecast but there is a So Last Century vintage market on near the Mansion from 10am-4pm with stalls, food outlets etc. and up to 2000 attendees throughout the day. The busiest period will be in the afternoon. The courses do not go close to the mansion but this will affect the availability of parking within the park.
