Event Information

Non-BOF levy
British orienteering have increased their levy for Non-BOF members to £2.50 per event. We are now putting a supplement of £1 to go towards that levy.

Location
Event parking and registration will be at the main car park off the A660. It's now pay and display until 8pm (£1 for 2 hours, card/app payment only).

Travel
Please car share wherever possible. You can sign up to the Car Sharing scheme - login to the event on Racesignup to join.

Facilities

Timings
EOD Registration: From 18.15 to 18:55
Starts from 18:30 to 19:15
Courses close: 20:15 at which point controls will be collected in and all should have reported back to registration.

First Aid and A&E
First Aid is available at the Finish.

Courses and map availability
Availability: Long = 35 maps, Short = 10 maps
Scale and Control descriptions will be printed on the map.

Terrain
A mixture of parkland and terrain

Clothing and equipment
The long course will have three random controls on which you have to look out for so you will need to bring or hire a dibber.
Shorts may be worn at your discretion. Whistles should be carried. In adverse weather we may ask you to wear a cagoule or similar waterproof top.

Dogs
On leads please or under control

Results
The results will be posted on the Airienteers website as soon as possible after the event.
