Join us for an evening’s orienteering in Cheam Park and Nonsuch Park, former deer hunting park established by Henry VIII. Food and route comparison in the Ye Olde Red Lion afterwards. Part of the London Park Race series, with weekly orienteering on Tuesdays between May and July.

Full leg cover advised – you will encounter nettles & long grass. Please check for ticks after your run.

Short (3k) or Long (5k) courses are available. These are measured in straight lines, actual running distances will be further.

Juniors are under 21 on 31st December.

Entry fees are £6 for members of British orienteering and £8 for non-members. U21s £3/£5. You will need an SI/SIAC card to record your time. If you do not have one these can be borrowed for a £1 SI or £2 SIAC hire fee.

The pub is a 12-minute walk from Cheam Station, with regular trains from London Victoria.
Bus routes 151, 213 and SL7.

Car parking opposite pub at Cheam Library Car Park, SM3 8QH – evening ticket purchase after 6:30pm is £1.50, before 6:30pm is £4 for 2 hours – cash or Ringo

Starts
Starts from 18.15 – 19.30. Turn up and go. Courses close at 20.15.
SI/SIAC
Controls will be SIAC enabled but you must punch the Start and Finish.
