Claro Regional Event and YHOA Schools Championships

Claro welcome you to Conyngham Hall for a family friendly regional event incorporating the YHOA Schools Championships

We will be based at The Kiosk, a community café in Conyngham Hall Park who will be serving hot and cold sandwiches, hot dogs, cakes, ice cream and drinks. They are open from 9am until 4pm. Please support them. After your run you can enjoy a game of Crazy Golf or Pitch and Putt!
Bulk entries are available for schools. Please email the Entries Secretary at the address below and we will send you a spreadsheet to complete and invoice you for the entry fees.

Courses are open to all.
To be eligible for the YHOA Schools Championships you must attend a school in the YHOA region or be home-schooled there. You should enter your school age class.
If you are not taking part in the championships enter the colour course of your choice - other, eg White - Other

Juniors are under 25 on 31st December. Full-time students qualify for the junior fees. Check the box on the entry form.
Family Fee - second and subsequent juniors in a household run free. Use the discount code family-junior for your second and subsequent household junior entries to qualify. Please note that at this event this applies to households only living at the same address. It will not apply to school groups.
If hiring a dibber a fee of £30 will be charged for lost dibbers.
These will be posted on the Claro website www.claro-orienteering.org.uk. When entering our events your name may appear in the results section of this website or in newspaper reports.
In accordance with the British Orienteering Policy Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults, the organiser of this event requires that any person wishing to engage in any video, zoom or close range photography should register their details with the organiser before carrying out any such photography. The organiser reserves the right to decline entry to any person unable to meet or abide by the organiser's conditions.
