The first in a series of six evening events orienteering in lovely local woods and parks .

Small events with a big heart.

Claro Orienteers invite you to the first of our summer evening events in The Pinewoods at Harlow Hill.

The Pinewoods is a compact area of mature and new woodland with some open spaces. There is a dense network of paths, ditches and thickets that adds complexity to the area.

The Short Beginner course is entirely within the woodland area so no road crossing is required. For other courses care should be taken in parking areas (depending on route choices!).

Those running the Short and Long Experiences courses should note that the undergrowth, particularly brambles are now growing fast and leg protection is advised.

Pre entry preferred by Sunday 4 May. Entry on the day will be available subject to map availability.

Meet at the picnic tables in Irongate Field off Harlow Moor Road, HG2 0QB SE287548. What3Words: ///bids.plants.behave

30 minute walk from Harrogate rail and bus stations
