Parking
Due to ongoing works restricting parking, please park in the car park at the back of Springfield Community Campus and in The Corsham School which is adjacent, as directed by marshals. Please do not park in the car park at the front of the building near the main entrance. Depending on the number of competitors and other events in the centre, it may be necessary to direct some competitors to nearby municipal car parks which are 10 minutes walk from the campus.

Start & Finish
There will be a single Start and single Finish for all courses.
The Start for all courses is approximately 200m walk around the outside of the building from Registration.
The Finish is approximately 200m walk back to Registration along pavements.
Courses
All course distances and climbs are subject to final planning/controlling amendments.
Facilities
Registration, SI collection, Download and key drop will be located in the main Sports Hall accessed through a door at the back of the building.
Toilets are adjacent to the Sports Hall.
First Aid kit will be available at download.
Items are left entirely at the owner's risk and NWO can accept no responsibility for their loss or damage.
The campus cafe will be closed but there are vending machines with hot and cold drinks and snacks in the reception area near the main entrance.
Entry
Entries close at 23:59 on Sunday 6th July.
Late on-line entries will be available while map stocks last up to 23:59 on 9th July.
Refund Policy
You may withdraw from the event up until 23:59 on 06-07-2024. Your entry fee will be held as a credit to be redeemed when you next enter an NWO event.

The area is mainly residential/shops/car parks with some green open areas.
Results
Results, Splits and Routegadget will be available on the North Wiltshire Orienteers website as soon as practicable after the event.
Conduct
Please make yourself aware of and abide by the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct.
Clothing and equipment
The event is taking place on public roads.
As a condition of the permission, competitors must wear wear light coloured reflective clothing to increase visibility to other road users.

Medical Conditions
If you have a high risk medical condition you want the organisers to be aware of please download and complete this form and place it in a sealed envelope with your name on it. This can be left at registration. Envelopes will only be opened if required for a medical emergency. Unopened envelopes should be collected after the event. Any unclaimed envelopes will be destroyed after the event.

Cancellation Policy
NWO will make every effort to ensure the event goes ahead as planned. However, should the event be cancelled, NWO reserves the right to retain part of the advance entry fees to meet costs already incurred or committed.
