There is a £2 discount for Seniors entering both events at the same time.

SI electronic punching will used, add £1 to hire a standard SI Card (lost units charged at £30) and £2 to hire a SIAC (lost SIACs charged at £65).

Courses 1 and 2 at Beckton and Course 1 at Canning Town have more than 30 controls, SI cards in the range 1-500,000 and 2xxxxxx will not be appropriate for these courses. If you have one of these series of SI cards, please hire a standard (SI) or contactless (SIAC) at the time of entry.

Families and other groups are welcome. Only one person needs to enter. Includes one copy of the map which you keep afterwards. Add the number in the group to the surname e.g. For Adam Smith and two others, the Surname will be Smith +2. This is so we know how many will be participating.

Course 8 is for Newham residents and is £5 for Seniors for each event at all entry times up to the closing date.

There is no charge for school pupils in LB Newham participating in either event but you must enter Course 9 of the event using racesignup.co.uk in advance of the day.

We expect most people will choose to come by public transport as the transport links are excellent and the event centres are both very close to a Docklands Light Railway station. See each club's website for further public transport information. If however you are coming by car, a parking space can be booked for the Beckton event (no charge but numbers are limited to 100). Parking is available from 1000-1630. Spaces must be reserved in advance via Racesignup. Parking for the Canning Town event is on residential streets at no cost but is very limited.
