The closing date for online entries is 6pm on Saturday 16th August
However to be guaranteed a set of course maps on waterproof paper, you MUST pre-enter by 6pm on Tuesday 12th August If after that date all waterproof maps have been taken (see entry limits below), no more online entries will be accepted. We will print some non-waterproof versions, please contact eventadmin@esoc.org.uk to reserve a set of these.
For this event, because of the layout of the maze we can only accept entries from individuals or pairs of one Adult & one Junior or 2 Juniors. Adult pairs or larger groups will not fit in the the maze so may have to split up into individual entries.
One entry will entitle you to a 3-map bundle ie three sprint courses, each of which will involve one or more visits to the maze. There will also be a free Maze-only course for juniors to try.

Once the first entry has been accepted, a Start List will appear at the bottom of this page.
Full details are on the event webpage. Please read these before you enter and again before the day to check for updates, especially on the Saturday evening in case the weather has affected the event.

If you want to run on your own with your own map and SI dibber (timing device) please enter as an Individual.

For a pair of juniors ensure the lead person on the entry form is a Junior and enter the name of the second junior on the form in the Group/Pairs name box.
