Course is on quiet urban roads so is suitable for unaccompanied Under 16s. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult
One course, optimum distance 5k incorporating butterfly loops, with short cut option to reduce to 3.6k.
Only the Long course counts towards SN League.
Entry Fees
The entry fee is per map/entry. You can run around in pairs or more but if you want more than one map please provide an entry for each map required.
Maps will be printed the Monday before so be sure to enter by Sun 17th May to guarantee a map. Entry after that will be subject to map availability.

Starts
Start times will be based on turn up and go. Starts available 6 to 7pm. You must be finished by 8pm when the controls will be collected in.
The start and finish will be within 50m of the car park.
