Medals and tshirts
This year there will again be a commemorative race medal included in the entry fee for all finishers.
Increasingly, many runners have asked for an option to take part in the race but not to receive a t-shirt for cost or sustainability reasons. So this year, we have again provided an option to take part without receiving a t-shirt.
We have provided the design for runners that would like to order this year's two colour lightweight tech t-shirt. It has green arms and neck and a white body that depict the magnificent autumnal oak trees/leaves found within Hillier Gardens. You can add a t-shirt to your basket for just £6.00 when you enter. T-shirt sizes XS, Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL sizes will be available. This will need to be ordered by the end of August. This years final tshirt design will be revealed shortly and will reflect the autumnal colours of the oak tree leaves.
Supported by goPhysio
We are delighted that the event will be supported by goPhysio from Chandlers Ford. They will be providing their popular massage and advice services before and after the event at the main entrance to the gardens.

Why an event can't refund?
Did you know that between 10% and 20% of entrants choose not to turn up on race day. If an event had to make refunds to all these entrants, budgeting would be impossible and most, if not all events, would not take place.

In such a case we will endeavour to inform participants as quickly as possible. Where cancellation is outside of our control we will not be liable for any inconvenience, expenses, costs, losses or damages suffered by participants.
