Courses suitable for everybody. newcomers, improvers and regulars, with advice and instruction available.
White, Yellow, Orange and Light Green courses,
Longer courses 'for runners'
Combining park and urban orienteering will be available.
Red plus an urban extension, Long Light Green plus an urban extension

Please pre-register here using RaceSignUp. This will guarantee a map is available for you. Online registration closes on 20th November 2026 at18:00.
Family & Friends Group entry available - for up to 5 people navigating the park together. Select the Fee Band followed by the"Participating as" question for " Family & Friends Group Leader".Also enter the numbers of adults and juniors in your group. Then select one of the available courses for your group to enter. Schools, scout groups and similar should contact the organiser.
Note that competitors under the age of 16 on the Red + urban extension and the Long Light Green + urban extension 'for runners' courses need to be accompanied by an adult as the courses go into the surrounding streets.
Limited Entry On the Day, subject to map availability. Payment by contactless card at Registration on the day preferred.
