MDOC: Lyme

Lyme Park is a large estate (1400 acres) south of Disley, Cheshire, England. It is managed by the National Trust and consists of a mansion house surrounded by formal gardens and a deer park in the Peak District National Park.
Access to the estate is from the A6, 1.5ml from High Lane and 0.5ml from Disley. Please park in the main car park.
NT members - scan membership card as usual
Non NT members - inform the gate that you are Orienteering; this will get you free entry to the park.

Registration & Start Times
Please pre-register here using RaceSignUp. This will guarantee a map is available for you. Online registration closes on 2nd October 2026 at18:00.

Select the Fee Band to indicate if you are, or are not a member of MDOC together with your club discount status.

Courses from White (the easiest) to Blue (the hardest) will be available for people running as individuals.
In addition, a special "Family & Friends Group" facility for newcomers and or groups will be available. This is intended for groups of up to 5 people to navigate their way around the park together - on the same course.
All competitors will then be asked if they will be running as an individual or as a group. For " Family & Friends Groups" enter the numbers of adults and juniors in your group. Only the group leader's name and details will be required .Then select one of the available courses for your group to enter. Schools, scout groups and similar, who have not entered before, should contact the organiser.

Limited Entry On the Day, subject to map availability. Payment by contactless card at Registration on the day preferred.

Registration from 10.00. Starts 10.30 to 12.30. Courses close 14.00.
