Course Details
White, Yellow, Orange and Light Green courses, suitable for everybody, newcomers, improvers and regulars, with advice and instruction available.
Red and Long Light Green, combining park and urban orienteering. These courses are especially for those wanting a decent length run on a Saturday morning. No under-16s allowed because of road crossings.

Note that competitors under the age of 16 on the Long Light Green need to be accompanied by an adult.
