You may withdraw from the event up until 18:00hrs the day before. Your entry fee will be held as a credit to be redeemed when you next enter an ML(S) event.

Hire card collection:0845 - 1055 hours.
Starts: 0900 - 1100 hrs
Courses Close: 1200 hrs. Controls will be taken in from 1200 hrs.
All runners must download by course closure time; even if you do not finish the course.

Full leg and arm cover is mandatory; that means no shorts or vests.
Whistles are compulsory. Available for £1 in the charity box at registration.
