Orienteering training Haldon

A morning of training/ practice in Haldon forest. Not suitable for complete beginners with exercises for all other levels with as much or as little guidance as you want
If experienced people just fancy going for a practice run we have courses available from Black at 11KM ( a real tour of the forest ) down to a 5 km green.
For the less experienced we will have shorter exercises with coaches available to guide as wanted. As always down to you.

From straightforward exercises in the normal forest to harder more challenging ones in both the recently mapped northern extension and the main forest. Aimed at those with previous experience who would run Orange courses or longer. some of he harder exercises are quite challenging both mentally and physically.
