Enjoy navigating the streets and open spaces of the historic and medieval market town of Reigate. Sitting below the North Downs escarpment, courses will visit Reigate Priory and Castle.

A ranking Level B Urban Orienteering Event part of the UK & SE Urban Orienteering Leagues.

Provisional lengths subject to final controlling.
Course 7 will be within Reigate Priory Park (no road crossings).
Course 6 will have timed-out crossings of the A25 in the town centre AND will run along the pavement alongside of the busy A25
Entry Fees
Seniors £10, Juniors (under 21) and Students £4 by 23rd August.

Seniors £12, Juniors and Students £6 by 28th August
and entry on day (subject to map availability, payment by card only).

Note: There is a £2 surcharge for Non-BOF Seniors

SI electronic punching will used, add £1 to hire an SICard (lost units charged at £30) or £2.50 for a contactless SIAC card (lost units charged at £65). Registration will open at 10am.
Event Information
Event Centre
Reigate Priory Park,using MV club tent, close to the Park Café located ~5 minute walk to the start, with toilets, water (tap), registration and download.
Parking
Vehicles to use town car parks but note that Bell Street Car Park (adjacent to Priory Park) fills up early and the nearby Morrisons supermarket car park has a strictly enforced 2 hour limit with no return that day.
Public Transport
The nearest rail station Reigate is served by Southern Railway, a 10-15 min walk from registration.
Map
1:4,000 map by Mike Elliot surveyed 2023, Updated and extended by Ian Roberts 2026, overprinted and waterproof. Expecting A3 double sided for longer courses, A3 single sided for mid length courses and A4 single sided for courses 6 and 7.
Punching
SI Controls will be used throughout and will be SIAC enabled (other than the Start and Finish). SIAC cards will be available to hire.
Starts
There will be 2 start lanes adjacent to each other.
Starts are from 10:30 am to 12:30 and courses close at 14:30.

Start 5 minute walk from Registration.
Results
Live results will be available on the day on SIEntries.
Full results will be available on the club web site as soon as possible after the event.
Conduct
Please make yourself aware of and follow the British Orienteering Code of Conduct .
You are responsible for your own safety and you take part in this event at your own risk.
Risk
Orienteering is a physically challenging sport. Competitors take part at their own risk.
Medical Conditions
If you have a high risk medical condition you want the organisers to be aware of please download and complete this form and place it in a sealed envelope with your name on it. This can be left at registration. Envelopes will only be opened if required for a medical emergency. Unopened envelopes should be collected after the event. Any unclaimed envelopes will be destroyed after the event.
