Yellow (Novice) 1.8km 35m climb
The Yellow course is for young people and adults with no or limited previous orienteering experience. The courses follow tracks, paths and other line features, with one or two controls slightly off the path. There are some decision points where the runner will need to consider which route to take from alternative paths and tracks.

Orange 3.0km 65m climb
The Orange course requires a number of route choices to be made. Not all of the controls are on line features such as paths, tracks or hedges.

The Long Orange seeks to provide a more physical and longer course, making use of the full extent of the park.
