Brutal - Hawley Lake

Saturday 14th August

The race is over a 10km lap with a split for the 5km race and 2 extended laps for the half marathon. Water stations at 5, 10, 15km and finish. The running surface includes everything from a small stretch of tarmac, through to many winding paths and main tracks, a sandy beach and even a nice stretch of waist deep water. Oh, and we may even have some mud! We have the 3 sisters (hills) on each lap just to keep the lungs working. The route is 90% in the woods which provides plenty of shade if it is a hot day. Medal for all finishers.

We are hoping to run the event as normal but should any restrictions still be in place we may adapt accordingly. We shall communicate final plans and timings on the Friday morning prior to the event. Initial timings below (subject to change):

Registration - 0800 - 0945 (Collect race number on the day)

Half Marathon - 0945 Start (1st Lap Cut Off 90 Minutes)

10km - 1000 Start

5km - 1010 Start
