The race is over a 10km lap with a split for the 5km race and 2 extended laps for the half marathon. Water stations at 5, 10, 15km and finish. The running surface includes everything from a small stretch of tarmac, through to many winding paths and main tracks, a sandy beach and even a nice stretch of waist deep water. Oh, and we may even have some mud! We have the 3 sisters (hills) on each lap just to keep the lungs working. The route is 90% in the woods which provides plenty of shade if it is a hot day. Medal for all finishers.

Start Time: 1010 - This course starts off on the same route as the 10km course and splits after about 2.5km rejoining the main route after taking a short cut.
