Health and Safety
A few points which appear in our risk assessment, so it's important to take note of them.

Covid-19 is still around. Please don't come if you have Covid or Covid like symptoms. Allow others plenty of room, particularly at the start and download, and use the hand sanitiser provided.

First Aid is self help. There will be a first aid kit at download for minor injuries. The nearest A & E is at Winchester Hospital - directions available at download.

Please wear clothing appropriate to the weather and conditions. This means long trousers, a top and shoes with a good grip.

Take care of brashings, brambles, wind blown debris and fallen trees.

Watch out for other potential hazards such as broken glass or needles.

Check for ticks after the event. Consider using insect repellent.

Don't climb on log piles.

The area is well used by members of the public who won't be expecting runners - please respect their right to be there and give them plenty of room. Watch out for dogs not under full control. Also horses.

Children are the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
Download
