Farley Frolic
A local fun family event on Farley Heath with courses for all levels of experience (Yellow to Blue).

Online entry only. SIAC will be enabled for the event, but only normal SI dibbers available to hire.
Start times from 10:00 - 11:00.

Entry (online only) is available up until 10:45am on the day of the event, subject to the availability of pre-printed maps for each course.
Entries can be amended online until Thursday 12th May. After that please contact the Organiser for amendments.

Event Information

Covid-19
Do not attend if you have any reason to think you may spread the virus. Whilst restrictions have been lifted, Covid-19 is very much still in circulation and we encourage a continued responsible approach at our events. People have different risk tolerances and we wish to respect all personal choices as normality returns.

Please make yourself aware of and abide by the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct (revised August 2021).

Travel to the event
The event centre is by the Roman Temple car park W3W ///fame.lectured.hunches (nearest post code is GU5 9EW, but it's not as close as it might be). Grid ref is TQ052449.

Toilets
There will be no toilets at the event.

Dogs
Dogs under close control are welcome. Please keep them on a lead as you pass through the Start.

Timing
The Start and Finish are close to the parking area. To avoid congestion please don't arrive too early before your start block time.

Medical conditions
Competitors take part at their own risk. If you have an existing Medical Condition of which the Organisers should be aware, please complete a Medical Form which can be downloaded from the British Orienteering website and hand in at Download/Enquiries in a sealed envelope marked with your name and "Confidential Medical Form for GO event 14/05/22 only". This will be opened only if you require medical treatment and are not conscious. It will be destroyed at the end of the event.

Refund Policy
This event is currently permitted under the BOF Covid-19 guidance. If for some reason this changes we will do our utmost to postpone to a date within the following weeks; if you inform us that you are unable to attend on that date you will get a credit for the full value you have paid against a future GO event, or you can request a refund. If we cannot hold the event on a postponed date and we have to cancel you will also get a credit for the full value you have paid against a future GO event, or you can request a refund.
