Safety
Courses involve running within areas of woodland and open grassland. Surfaces are uneven, with many potential obstructions and trip hazards. Vegetation has also yet to die back. Competitors are advised to ensure they are dressed appropriately. Leg and arm coverings are recommended. All competitors take part at their own risk.
The site is a country park open to the public and is popular with families, dog walkers, cyclists, horse riders, kite flyers etc. Please take care to be aware and considerate of other park users.
There should be no need for participants to cross car parks but the longer courses cross access roads with slow moving traffic. Take due care.
Please ensure that your clothing and footwear is appropriate for the time of year, terrain and anticipated weather conditions.
Entry into this event is at your own risk.

Dog restrictions
Dogs are allowed in Hylands Park but must be on leads in car park area. They are not allowed in children's play area or in the Stables cafe area near the house.
