ESOC SOUL 4 Broxburn & Uphall
- Online entries closed at 4pm on Saturday 18th February, Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to close late pre-entries at 4pm rather than 8pm as previously advertised.
- Entry on the day (EOD) will be accepted (at the late entry fee) at registration (from 11:45-13:00) on the day of the event assuming maps are still available. Payment by cash, bank transfer or card (plus 25p handling charge)
Once the first entry has been accepted, a Start List will appear at the bottom of this page and the Courses box will be updated, once the maps are ordered, to indicate the number of maps remaining (will be correct up to 8pm on Saturday 18th Feb).
Full details are on the event webpage. Please read these before you enter and again before the day to check for updates, especially on Saturday evening in case the weather has affected the event. If not just turn up at the Start any time within the 15 minute start block you have selected and are listed below.
Course lengths below are now final with climb added and are optimum distances, not straight line.

On the entry form select your class (using the abbreviations above) and you will be entered on the correct course.
Details of fees and which SOUL class is equivalent to your age class eg MSV = Men Supervets 55+ are on the event webpage.
If you don't want to run the course for your age class, you can enter any of the Open Classes (Courses 1-7)
Pre Entries
Senior: £10.00/£12.00
Junior/Student: £5.00/£7.00
From 13th February:
Late Entries
Senior: £12.00/£14.00
Junior/Student: £6.00/£8.00
Juniors are under 21 on 31st December. £2 surcharge for non-members of an orienteering club
Students will be charged the Junior fee if they tick the Are you a Student? box on the entry form.
Dibber Hire
- SI dibbers are available to hire free of charge but there is a £30 charge if lost.
- SIAC (Touch Free) dibbers cost £2.50 to hire and there is a £30 charge if lost.
