There is plenty of parking at the Leisure Centre; the Railway station is about 17 mins walk away (0.8 mile). The outdoor sessions will be at South Hill Park - the parking is at RG12 7PA .

Timings & programme
Saturday: 10.15 - 1045 Registration and Coffee ( if you'd like to do a Park run first - the nearest one is at Great Hollands Recreation Ground, South Road, Wokingham, Berks, RG40 3EE - about 10 mins drive from the Leisure centre - showers are available)
10.45 - Introduction
11.00 - 12.15 - Bernard Dietzig & Tom Bray - New Talent & Performance Pathway
12.15 - Strength for Orienteering - indoor active session - Hamish Willis
Lunch: 13.00 - 13.45
13.45 - 15.45 - outdoor session - Trail O - Assessing terrain skills for fast orienteering - David Jukes/ David Urquhart
16.00 - Middle Distance - strategies & techniques - Matthew Vokes
16.30 - Association reps meeting
Finish : 17.00 ( there is a chance to gather for a drink & a chat at the Premier Inn Central Brewers Fayre (RG42 1NA) from 18.00 - 20.00) - all welcome!

Equipment
Some equipment would be helpful: Outdoor shoes/ Map bag/ Pen/ /Compass
Comfortable exercise kit for indoor Strength for Orienteering on Saturday
Outdoor clothing for Saturday Trail O session;
O kit/ running kit for Sunday short O exercise.
Please bring your own mug for coffee/tea

Food & Accommodation
Coffee/ tea/ biscuits and Lunch will be provided on both days

There is quite a lot of accommodation around Bracknell. We hope to meet in the bar of the Brewers Fayre next to the Central Premier Inn, on the Saturday evening from 18.00 - 20.00, if you would like to join us!
