Course and Score Information
You have 60 minutes from the Start to Finish via as many controls as you can.
You gain points for each control visited but you lose 10 points per minute – or part minute over the hour.
Points per control may vary from 10 to 50 points at some events, so check your map and plan your route before you start.
Dumbbell control pairs For this event 12 of the controls (numbers 50+) have been paired up (like two ends of 6 dumbbells). Check before you start as to how this is indicated on the map! When you visit one end of a pair, your next control MUST be the other end of the dumbbell - otherwise neither control will count. You can punch any control in a pair more than once but it will only count (and only once) when it's part of the correct pairing.
