Control descriptions will be printed on the map. The Yellow and Orange courses have text control descriptions. All other courses have IOF control descriptions.

Terrain and Out of Bounds
Fleming Park mainly consists of parkland interspersed with small areas of woodland. Much of the park was originally a golf course but nature is steadily encroaching on the old fairways. The parts of the golf course are separated by a foot/cycle path which passes under the M3 to the western parts of the map. The Green and Blue also make use of the surrounding urban area.

The stream passing North-South through the area should only be crossed at the bridges.

Clothing and equipment
Full leg cover is optional but is recommended, at least for those on the Green/Blue. In the event of hot weather, please wear sunscreen and ensure that you are well hydrated.

Conduct
Please make yourself aware of and abide by the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct (revised August 2021).

Dogs
Dogs are permitted but should be kept under control at all times.

Results
The results will be posted on the SOC website as soon as possible after the event.
