World Children’s Day commemorates the Declaration of the Rights of the Child. Established in 1954 by the UN General Assembly, World Children’s Day is an opportunity to improve children’s welfare.
WHAT’S INVOLVED? Children are encouraged to run, jog or walk any distance on 18th, 19th or 20th of November.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE WORLD CHILDREN’S DAY RUN? Receive a beautiful matt white acrylic finishers medal with a plain coloured ribbon. Unlike our traditional aluminium medals, acrylic medals are made from a lighter plastic type material which are easier for children to wear.
Children taking part in the World Children’s Day Run should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
ABOUT KIDS’ CHALLENGES Our kids’ races are a fun way to encourage children to stay motivated. Unlike our other virtual races, our kids’ selection don’t require you to submit any evidence. Simply enter the challenge normally and the medal will be sent out after the date stated for the event. Children are free to complete this event on this date or as and when they want to. It is at the parent/guardian’s discretion when they want to reward the child to complete the challenge and award the medal.
Entry Fee: £12.00 We try to keep our entry fees as low as possible, but as a thank you for booking through Race Signup, we would like to offer you a 10% discount. To redeem this offer, use coupon code THANKS10
