If you want to enter Blue, Short Blue or Green and you find they are full, please enter the Interland course for that colour and you will find available start slots.
If you want to enter for an Interland Selection Race for Short Brown or Light Green, please enter the colour course for your 2024 age group and choose an available start time. The organisers will alter this if it is within 4mins of another Interland competitor and let you know before the event.
If you want to enter an Interland Selection Race for Blue, Short Blue or Green, there are start times available for these.
