How to Enter
For a Junior Pair, please enter the first junior in the "First Name" box and the second junior in the "Surname" box. If there is a helping adult, the adult does not need to be entered separately

The "Individual with Helping Adult" class can be used by adult groups who want an extra map. The helping adult does not need to be entered separately

SN adult £5 (code required. For use with adult entries on Light Green or Short Blue courses only)

Junior Training
Junior coaching session 9.45am – 10.45am, meet at registration at 9.45am.

The session is aimed at those running white / yellow / orange courses. Older or more experienced juniors are very welcome to join us as role models and assistant coaches. Under-10’s to have an adult accompanying them, 10+ may attend unaccompanied. Any junior who competes at the SN Saturday league events is welcome.

Training will be held in conjunction with the Saturday League event. If you wish to compete in the event, please enter using https://racesignup.co.uk and select a start time after 11am. You can train and then run competitively; we will be using different controls.

Parents who wish to compete in the SN event may do so while the training is taking place, then shadow their child around a course if required. Please be on time to collect your child, to allow the coaches to compete too.

If you wish to attend the training, please contact Laurence Townley (email address on request to events@southernnavigators.com) by Wed 18 October, with your junior’s name, age and which course they usually run (as an individual or pair), so that appropriate maps can be printed. There is no charge for the training session.

Entry Deadlines
Entering by 11.59pm on the Sunday before the event will guarantee you a map and a discounted entry fee. Map limits will then be set, and prices will increase by £1 per adult and 50p per junior.
Online entries will stay open until last start times or until the maps run out. Payment for Entry on the Day (EOD) will be via racesignup.co.uk. Unfortunately, we are unable take cash payments.
Name substitutions for those pre-entered can be made on the day at no cost.

Location of Enquiries and Download
Parking will be on the RHS of the Morrisons' car park. The download and enquiry tent will be on the road running alongside the car park (What3words: acting.fool.finds)
If you are new to orienteering, please come along to Enquiries and there will be people around who will be able to answer your questions, sort out your hired dibber, talk you through how the start works and point you in the direction of the start (where you will pick up your map).

Start
The start will be in Southwood park. You will be able to follow the red and white tapes hung at intermittent intervals to get to the start from Enquiries.
You will need to visit Enquiries if you are hiring a dibber. Otherwise, you can go straight to the start as you will have pre-entered on racesignup
At the start, there will be people there to help if you need it.

Start Times
Starts are open 10-11.30am. Please choose a start time to ensure you can finish before the courses close at 12.30pm.
Start times have been added to your sign up to prevent long queues at the start. However, these are advisory only. We won't be checking!

Parking
Turn right as you enter the Farnborough Morrisons car park. You will then be within 100m of Enquries and Download

Facilities
Toilets and a cafe are available in Morrisons. Please don't go into the store in dirty shoes. Thank you!

Dogs
Dogs on leads in the car park and under control in the park. Please clean up after your dog.
