Cilcain Mountain Race (AS PM) 7.4km 380m
Incorporating the Welsh Athletics Senior (Short) Inter-Regional Mountain Running Championships & North Wales Regional Championships (please enter at least 7 days prior to race to allow your WA affiliation to be checked).
1pm Start from St.Marys Church, Cilcain Show, Clwydian Range, North Wales
Entries also available on day. Reg from 10am
(U13-U15 Junior races free entry 1pm start Wateworks)
(U7-U11 Junior races free entry. Noon start behind showground.)
Toilets available in Church or on Showground.
Water available at Start/Finish.
Food/drink available on Showground from Noon onwards. Likely a finish beer will be available post race.
With regard to the Welsh Athletics Senior (Short) Mountain Running Champs, the first two male and first female eligible Welsh finisher will be selected for the Trofeo Vanoni Relays event in Italy in October.
