Course and Score Information
You have 60 minutes from the Start to Finish via as many controls as you can.
There are a total of 23 controls - 10 worth 10 points each, 9 worth 20 points each and 4 worth 30 points each to give a total of 400 points. Five pairs of these controls also have 20 point bonuses available if (and only if) they are completed consecutively in either direction as "dumbells". These pairs of controls are linked by lines shown on the map. This is the same dumbell system that was used at the earlier West Moors night league event. So with dumbell bonuses a score of 500 points is possible. 10 points penalty per part minute late after 1 hour and 10 points bonus per complete minute early if the course is cleared including all the dumbell bonuses.
Food Options
Please order on the night from the menu
It would be useful to the pub if people could indicate when entering if they are likely to stay and eat after running.
