The first event on the newly-extended map of Paddock Wood. Navigate around the town to visit as many of the 25 controls as you can within an hour. A real mix of residential (1700s - present day) and industrial/business areas. MapRun format with SI at Finish
Online advance registration only. 60 minute Score course. Mass Start at 7.30pm. Don't be late!

Apres-O & prizegiving: Oliver's Fish & Chips 89 Commercial Rd (details on Sax website). Please state on race entry form, if you expect to come to the al fresco dining, so we can get a sense of numbers.
Juniors (age 15 or younger) are welcome to take part but must be accompanied by an adult (condition of British Orienteering insurance for Street events)
If you are new to Orienteering and would like some additional help before attending an event, please check the appropriate box on the entry form and the event organiser will be in touch. There are also some helpful youtube introductory videos to watch. One by a nearby London club Newcomer Guide and another from a Manchester based club Getting Started

Score 60 mins
60 minutes score suitable for all abilities. 25 MapRun controls; visit as many as you can – no pre-determined order. 10 points per control.
Penalty for late return: 10 points per min./part min.

Timing
You should make every reasonable effort to arrive at the event in time for your allocated start time or start window, including allowing extra time to travel to the venue where necessary.
Conduct
You must adhere to the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct.
Medical conditions
Competitors take part at their own risk. If you have an existing Medical Condition of which the Organisers should be aware, please complete a Medical Form which can be downloaded from the Event Details on the Saxons website and hand to the Organiser in a sealed envelope. This can be collected once you have downloaded, or will be destroyed at the end of the event.
Results
Results will not be on display at the event. Split prints available. Final results can be accessed on Saxons website after the event.
