KNC Brockhill CP & Hythe

Thursday 7th December

Round 8 of the Kent Night Cup. Urban orienteering in Saltwood and Hythe with the chance to pick up extra controls in part of Brockhill country park. MapRun format with SI at Finish
Online advance registration only. 60 minute Score course. Assemble at 7.20pm for briefing before Mass Start at 7.30pm. Don't be late!

Apres-O & prizegiving: Castle Hotel, 200m from start/finish and marked on the map, kindly keeping the kitchen open for us. Menu on Sax website. Please state on race entry form, if you would like food afterwards, so we can get a sense of numbers.

Juniors (age 15 or younger) are welcome to take part but must be accompanied by an adult (condition of British Orienteering insurance for Street events)

If you are new to Orienteering and would like some additional help before attending an event, please check the appropriate box on the entry form and the event organiser will be in touch. Event Information

Timing
You should make every reasonable effort to arrive at the event in time for your allocated start time or start window, including allowing extra time to travel to the venue where necessary.

Conduct
You must adhere to the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct.

Medical conditions
Competitors take part at their own risk. If you have an existing Medical Condition of which the Organisers should be aware, please complete a Medical Form which can be downloaded from the Event Details on the Saxons website and hand to the Organiser in a sealed envelope. This can be collected once you have downloaded, or will be destroyed at the end of the event.

Results
Results will not be on display at the event. Split prints available. Final results can be accessed on Saxons website after the event.
