1600 meters of safe swimming. Swim in the retired reservoir, supported by our on-water team and in the beautiful surrounding of Sywell Country Park, support 2 amazing local charities. Commemorative Swim Cap for all. The June swim supports Rush2The Den.
RUSH 2The DEN believes in 'Inspiring young people to achieve'. We exist to support young people’s development, offering opportunities to gain, increase and develop skills, knowledge self awareness and confidence, and enabling them to make positive and healthy life choices Please come and support us by taking part in the Sywell Mile Open Water Swim.

Registration
Saturday 29th June 16:00 - 17:00 - please try and use this time to collect your race packs to avoid congestion on race day.
Event Day Registration - Head to The Leaf Building
Sunday 30th June 06:30 - 07:45
Timing
Swim start 08:20 (approx. the first charity swimmer will enter the water as the first Triathlon swimmer exits the water)
First Aid
A mobile medical crew will be on standby throughout the event.
Toilets
There are toilet facilities in the park, plus additional portable facilities close to transition.
Drinks & Refreshments
Food and beverages are available with a mobile coffee stall near transition and within the park's café.
Clothing and Equipment
Don't forget: Wetsuit and/or Tow Float. You will be given a swim hat which must be worn.
Refunds
Although we do have zero refund policy we do have provision for deferring your swim entry to another of our swims, if you do need to defer, please write to events@northamptonshiresport.org with your reason for deferral and your preferred event. Please note: this needs to have been actioned before the closing date of the event.
