We will be running the event from the courtyard at the back (weather permitting) or the back bar if cold/wet!

Parking
Park in village car park off Stoneham Street. Entrance beside the library signposted Council Offices and Village Hall. Free parking after 6pm. The back of Chapel Inn can be accessed from far end of car park.

Timing
Start at times between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Competitors must report to the finish by 8.45pm.

Please download the Maprun software and load the event in advance. In events, select Coggeshall Summer 2024 and then either Long or Short.
The course is on roads, pavements and paths. Please wear suitable footwear.

Newcomers welcome. Help and guidance will be available.
Toilets available in the pub.
Stay on after your run for a drink and chat/analysis of your route
Food served until 20:30. Wednesday is 2 for 1 night!

Safety
Participation is at your own risk. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather conditions. High visibility clothing is recommended.
You will have to cross roads on your course. Take care.
You are likely to encounter dog walkers, cyclists and pedestrians – be aware and give them priority.
