2x2 format relay (each team member runs two short legs each with winning times around 20 mins per leg)

We need to know your intended partner's name and course preference plus which of you will be running legs 1 and 3 and who will do the other legs.

Each team member will run 2 short legs of the colour standard you would both normally enter if the event was a standard colour coded type. These will be planned at the technical standard for the colour, but with intended winning times of 20-25mins per leg.
Please note we cannot offer white nor light green standard courses- please choose a near suitable alternative in this case: yellow for white, green for light green (or orange if you are normally challenged by a light green standard)
