The area is rural, consisting of Cockington Court and some parkland.
The courses are planned in the hope that participants will take the opportunity to socialise over a picnic afterwards.
Follow the tourist signs to Cockington Court.

Short - Suitable for novices and juniors. 2.5km

Medium - Controls off line features, a bit more navigation needed. 4.5km

Long - Navigation skills very useful. 6.2km

Moderate to more difficult. May include steep slopes.
