The first event in a league of 5 Summer Dartmoor MapRun events
A maprun event for experienced Orienteers on the open Moor. A generally VERY runnable open area but some parts are quite complex due to large numbers of pits,rocks and outcrops. A smartphone with the maprun 7 app is needed.
Courses
Orange 3.5km 110m climb
Short Technical 5.0km 170m climb
Long Technical 7.1km 250m climb
Three courses are available. An Orange , a short technical and a Long technical but none of these are suitable for novices
