The annual Boscombe 10K race organised by Bournemouth Joggers ladies' running club, is a chip-timed undulating open road race. The route is fully marshalled. We welcome runners of all abilities, from top local athletes to runners competing in their first 10K race.



Entries close on the 19th November. Transfers can be made until 22nd November. No Entries on the Day.

Medals and Prizes
Race medal for all finishers. Information on prizes for individual age categories and teams can be found under our Race Categories section.

Photography
We will have a photographer attending the event. By entering, you consent to your photo being taken and possibly published on social media.

Race Instructions
Entrants must be 15 years or over on race day.

Please note, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. Dogs or pushchairs are NOT allowed.

For this year's event, numbers must be collected on the day. Final race instructions, including confirmation of the bag drop and changing facilities will be sent out roughly 7 to 10 days before the race.

How to transfer your entry to someone else:

  1. Tap on Manage Entry
  2. Sign in with your email address and password
  3. Against your entry tap Transfer
  4. Provide the email address of the person who is taking your place
  5. They will get an email with instructions on how to take up their place. You will get a copy of that email.
Please note that you are responsible for any transaction between you and the person taking your place.

Children's Fun Run
There will also be a children’s 1.5K Fun Run, which will take place at 9:30am, with the children's prizegiving taking place at approximately 10:00am before the main event at 10.30am. The Fun Run starts and finishes in the stadium; there are prizes for the first boy and girl under 10 and under 15, all finishers receive a race medal. Entry is online only and costs £5.00.
