For newcomers specifically, we have either the Short course (a pre-designated route where you visit the checkpoints in a set order) or a Score course (where you can decide which checkpoints to visit in a maximum time of 60 minutes). If you are unsure which course to select, please do not hesitate to contact the organiser who will be able to advise you.
For everyone else, we have a range of courses to suit all abilities; a Short (technically easy), Medium and Long (more technically difficult) courses.

Course lengths for the short, medium and long courses are shown below (subject to final controlling).

Short 2.5km

The Senior Novice fee applies to these courses: 60-minute Score course and Short course
