MDOC: Spring 1 Longford Park

Course Details
White, Yellow, Orange, Red and Light Green courses, suitable for everybody, newcomers, improvers and regulars, with advice and instruction available.

Long Light Green, combining park and urban orienteering. This course is especially for those wanting a decent length run on a Saturday morning. No under-16s allowed because of road crossings.

Registration & Start Times
Everyone should pre-register. This will guarantee a map is available for you.

Note that competitors under the age of 16 on the Long Light Green need to be accompanied by an adult.

Limited EOD, subject to map availability. Please pay by contactless card at Registration on the day.

Registration from 10.00. Starts 10.30 to 12.00. Courses close 13.15.
