A regional urban event in Taunton town
Day 1 of our weekend of orienteering, ahead of the dunes of Braunton Burrows in North Devon. This is a regional urban event of standard distance in Somerset's historic county town, with a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial buildings interspersed with many green parkland spaces, the river Tone and the Bridgwater Canal.
Entry is by standard urban league age classes/descriptions for those wishing to compete as part of the UKOL league, or just by course number for those wanting an easier life.

Seven age class based courses in line with the UKUOL recommended guidelines covering the range M/W12- to M/W75+.
The two shortest courses for ages M/W 16 and below will remain entirely within the parkland area adjacent to the start and finish and will involve no road crossings.
Entry by class is preferred but for those NOT wishing to participate in the UKUOL league, it is possible to enter just by course number rather than age class.
