Map/Terrain

Terrain - Typical Urban Village, on a hill! Some grassy areas but mostly tracks and roads.
The Junior course 7 (-12) will be almost completely within the grassy areas around the Nadder centre; Course 6 (-16) - will use the grassy area and the quiet roads around - these will be marshalled. These courses will have a limited Start window as there will be Marshals where these two courses have to cross roads.

All senior courses will have pictorial descriptions printed on the map; Courses 6-7 will have text descriptions; course 6 will also have pictorial descriptions.
Loose control descriptions will be available at the Start
Please note that studded shoes are not appropriate as the majority of running is on firm gravel paths, roads or grass. Decent trainers or Trail shoes are ideal.
Safety
Bright and/ or Club tops are requested to be worn, please;
Please observe any OOB areas marked on the map - our continued use of the area depends on our observance of these.
