Note: any Course can be run, although your time may not qualify for YUL points if you 'run down'. Under 16's can only enter Courses 7 or 8 unless accompanied.

Travel
The event Centre is not far from the End of the M180/A180.
To avoid driving through the Competition Area - Do not exit at Healing/Great Coates junction.On A180 at the second roundabout turn right on to Pyewipe Road that leads into Boulevard Avenue. After passing under the railway bridge, turn right at the roundabout on to Cromwell Road. The Leisure Centre complex is 800m on the right.

If arriving by train, please use Grimsby Town station (GMB).
Do not use Great Coates (GCT) as the shortest route will involve transiting through the competition area.
Parking
Plentiful.
Please park as signed and following any direction from marshals to that we minimise disruption to other users and residents.
Facilities
Registration, Toilets and Download in the Health and Well Being Centre. The Creative Hub will be used for Download etc. which is close to the Reception area.
Note: there are three buildings in the complex. Swimming Pool to the North, the Auditorium to the South East and the Well Being Centre in the middle, the entrance is to the north of this building.

Results
The results will be posted on the club website as soon as possible after the event.

Road Crossings
Junior Courses have been planned to not cross any roads, slow moving cars may be encountered in parking areas
Safety
Please be aware of traffic in the car park.
The urban environment presents a number of hazards to runners. Please ask the Organiser to see the risk assessment and stay alert.
All competitors MUST report to Download even if retiring from the event.
Lone competitors should leave car keys or similar at Enquiries / Download.
Orienteering is a physically challenging sport, and competitors take part at their own risk.

First Aid is available at the Event Centre.

Suitable for shorts
Road shoes suitable unless it has been very wet.
Liability Insurance
Please note: Participants who are not members of British Orienteering are not
covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. By entering this event,
you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. For example, if you were to
accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you
would not be covered.
Everyone is welcome to run but please note the risk that you hold.
Please note, this refers to public liability insurance, not personal accident insurance (which is not a feature of British Orienteering membership but can be purchased, should you wish, from a variety of suppliers.)
Dogs
Dogs, on a short lead, are allowed in the competition area.
Please clean up any mess and bin appropriately.
Sensible dogs only please, this is a residential area and many houses will have dogs of unknown temperament.
