The busiest roads are, firstly, the one running past the pub (north side) from east to west, be careful just to the east of the pub where the road and paths are narrow.

Secondly, the road running from north to south in the middle of the map, be particularly careful crossing this road at the north end because traffic can be travelling at high speed despite the 30 mph speed limit.

Do not climb or descend the crag shown on the map.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed on the course.

Mixed Terrain shoes would be recommended because of the mixed running environment. Please remove before re-entering the pub.
