Racesignup Ltd acts as an agent for the Event Organiser for the purpose of taking online entries and publishing results. We shall not be liable for the conduct, organisation, delivery or operation of the event.
The Event Organiser has full responsibility for defining and describing the event and setting the fees. Any questions or issues arising from your entry into the event must be addressed to the Event Organiser
During the sign up process you provide the details and choices for one or more entrants. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide are accurate and that you have the permission of any person that you are adding to your entry.
Each entry you buy and payment you make is subject to a non-refundable per order or entry service fee which may, at the option of the Event Organiser, either be identified separately to you or included in the ticket price or amount payable at the time of booking.
Before you make payment you will be informed of the total entry fee to be paid. You must only proceed to payment if you are satisfied that the entry fee has been correctly calculated and you are willing to abide by these Terms and any Terms notified by the Event Organiser.
Your entry to the event will not be made until we have received full payment.
Amendment to your entry after payment has been made may be subject to an administration charge as determined by the Event Organiser (see the event website for details). Other amendments permitted by the Event Organiser and which do not affect the entry cost are free of charge. If you wish to transfer your entry please contact the Event Organiser.
If you need to cancel your entry you should contact the Event Organiser. Any refund payable will be subject to a transaction fee. Event fees will not be refunded unless specifically permitted by the Event Organiser.
In the case of an event being cancelled please refer to the Event Organiser for their terms and conditions. Racesignup Ltd will refund or transfer event fees in accordance with those terms and on instruction of the Event Organiser.
